Q: Do you drop off and pick up the canoes?
A: Yes. We drop them off at the starting line and will pick them up at the finish.
Q: Do you match rental rates?
A: No. We carry quality equpment. We also are bringing all of our equipment from out of town so are unable to reduce the cost for this event.
Q: Are you from Houston?
A: No, we transport all the rental boats from our location in San Marcos, Tx.
Q: Do you provide Life Jackets and Paddles?
A: Yes. Note that life jackets are Type II.
Q: What types of boats do you rent?
A: These are quality recreational water crafts. Solo kayaks are Jackson Riviera, are 11.4 ft. sit on top. Tandem kayaks are also sit on top 13.6 ft. Jackson Riviera Tandem and Pescador. Canoes are 16 ft. Buffalo canoes are made of t-formex. All kayaks have back rest.
Q: Do you offer group discounts?
A: If you rent 10 or more boats under one name/one payment you receive -$10.00 off each boat. To receive this discount you must book by phone.
Q: Do you have a 3 man boat.
A: No
Q: Do you allow transfers or refunds?
A: No, all sales are final for his event.
